BTE-HealthGrades Partnership

Bridges to Excellence (BTE) and HealthGrades share a common mission of improving quality and patient outcomes nationwide. Our collective efforts provide consumers with information to make better healthcare choices in two ways:

  • Tools and information to assist consumers in making smarter healthcare choices.
  • Access to providers who demonstrate that they deliver safe, timely, effective, and patient-centered care through BTE participation in the Physician Office Link, Diabetes Care Link, and Cardiac Care Link programs.

Find a Physician

Consumers can see if a physician is recognized by BTE for free by searching for physicians at www.healthgrades.com. HealthGrades’ free physician profiles also provide important information including board certification(s), specialties, years since medical school, office location(s), and gender.  For a nominal fee, consumers can view additional physician information, including malpractice information, sanctions, hospital affiliations, languages and much more.  For more information or to research your physician, visit www.healthgrades.com today.  For a nominal fee, consumers can also view Hospital, Nursing Home and Home Health Agency profiles.
