The Colorado Business Group on Health is currently engaged in implementing the Diabetes Care Link program in Colorado Springs (where the coalition had previously implemented a diabetes education initiative for consumers). The CBGH is an employer focused coalition serving the entire state of Colorado. CBGH expects to begin paying physician rewards in the second quarter of 2006. CBGH plans to expand the BTE program to other Colorado sites in the future.
