Denominator Certification Worksheet

Complete and submit denominator certification worksheets/documentation for your PAO to review
The PAO must audit your data extraction methods before accepting any "real" data submissions. For each BTE Care Program, you will need to complete a denominator certification worksheet which documents the code or logic that you used to extract denominator data for each measure. The PAO will review and confirm the denominator values for each measure include all patients eligible for that measure. You will also need to do the same for numerator data. Once approved, you will be responsible for providing revised documentation to your PAO if any changes are made to the underlying code or logic used to extract the denominator or numerator data.
