Physician Practice Portal
The Bridges to Excellence Program, in conjunction with Health Grades, have designed the Physician Practice Portal(PPP) which allows administrators to register practice sites and identify those physicians that practice at that site or for individual physicians to register. Registering at the PPP is the start to the recognition process for a practice or an individual physician. It is the opportunity for both practices and individual physicians to provide the most up to date information about themselves, the practice, office hours, and philosophy of care. In addition, it provides a way for practices and physicians to see what consumers are reading about them or their practice on the Physician Quality Ratings site.

BTE Quick Facts Reference Guide is a two-page summary that supplies a brief understanding of the program's mission, guiding principles, available programs and recognitions, consumer programs, and other quick links and references.

BTE Information Packet provides an overview about the BTE reward programs and the specific measures used to assess physician performance in each of the BTE program areas. This packet also provides information about launching Bridges to Excellence in new market areas.

Rewarding Quality - Previous volumes of the BTE Newsletter, Rewarding Quality, have been archived for your reference of past program highlights.

BTE Physician Rewards Program Packet - This packet includes the physician's individual eligible reward amount available through the BTE program and instructions on how to obtain the rewards available.
