The Heart/Stroke
Physician Recognition Program (HSRP) ,
developed by NCQA and the American Heart Association/American
Stroke Association (AHA/ASA), awards recognition to
physicians who demonstrate that they provide high quality
care to patients with cardiac conditions or who have
had a stroke.
