Consumer Participation
As part of the Bridges to Excellence (BTE) initiative,
there are two consumer web-based tools - Diabetes CareRewards
and Physician Quality Ratings.
The Physician
Quality Ratings tool allows individuals to view
recognized physicians as part of the overall BTE program
and rate their experience of care. This is a historic
initiative - the first site where patients share their
experiences with individual physicians in a fair and
organized manner.
