Governance

Governance

HCI3 is a not-for-profit company with a Board, and receives structured input from all stakeholders.

Below is a description of the overall program organization structure.

Board of Directors

HCI3 is proud to have a distinguished advisory body, including purchaser participants, licensees and stakeholders, which makes decisions on program strategy and direction.

Executive Committee

This group acts as the advisory and administrative body with a President, Secretary and Treasurer.

Employer Advisory Board

This advisory body, composed of HCI3 participating employers, provides broad input into BTE topics and direction.

Regional Teams/Steering Committees

Generally, regional teams are responsible for regional coordination and market engagement. We have learned that organized regional teams with informal leaders work most effectively to operate HCI3 on a local scale. However, regions can also establish an operational team structure that best meets their market and consumer needs, and includes all participants, stakeholders and allied organizations.

HCI3 does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, citizenship status, age, disability, sexual orientation or veteran status.
